During the period of Movement control order (MCO), the operation hours of the department remains unchanged. Urgent after-hours services will also be maintained.
However, visitors will be screened for symptoms pertaining to Covid-19. A health declaration form would also need to be filled out. Clearing the above, visitors will be allowed into the hospital complex with a face mask on. If you need to be accompanied, please note that only one person is allowed. Similarly, the person accompanying would need to wear a mask and undergo the necessary screening process.
To save time, visitors to our department can download soft copies of the health declaration home to be filled out prior to their arrival. The form is available in 3 languages. Links to the form attached below.
